Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GenAI Ranker (the “Service”), operated by Saraiya Innovations Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

GenAI Ranker measures and helps improve how brands appear in AI-search assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and Google AI Overviews) and generates related recommendations, reports and assets. AI-search results are probabilistic and change over time; scores, forecasts and recommendations are informed estimates, not guarantees of any ranking, traffic or business outcome.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to track the brands, domains and connected sites you add.

3. Plans, trials & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or annual) basis through our payment provider, Zoho.
• Paid plans may include a free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the plan converts to a paid subscription and the applicable fee is charged.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST), which are added at checkout where required.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell it without authorization, infringe others’ rights, or track brands or sites you are not authorized to track.

5. Your content & connected sites

You retain ownership of the data you submit (brands, prompts, competitors) and of your connected sites. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you — running analyses, generating recommendations and, where you enable it, publishing GEO assets (such as llms.txt and structured data) to your connected sites.

6. Third-party AI providers

The Service relies on third-party AI and search providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes. Outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before you act on them.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and content (excluding your data), is owned by Saraiya Innovations Private Limited and protected by applicable laws.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
