The problem

The answer about you is being written without you.

Your reputation used to be the press cycle and the first page of a search. Now a voter, a journalist, a constituent asks an AI assistant — and it answers with one confident account of you, assembled from whatever it read. It states the wrong position, the wrong vote, the wrong number — or repeats a fabricated clip as if it were real. You need the record set straight from your own words, fabricated audio and video of you detected and preserved for the legal route, and a way to decide fast without a dashboard in the way.

In the wild

What this looks like in practice

01

AI states the wrong position or vote

A constituent asks where you stand and the AI assistant misstates your position or a past vote. We capture the exact wording and its sources, trace the error, and draft a correction quoting your own on-record statement for the AI assistants to draw from.

02

A fabricated clip circulating as real

An audio or video clip attributed to you appears in an AI assistant answer or a cited source, but you never said it. We flag the likely synthetic media, preserve the original and its metadata in a write-once archive, and route it to your counsel — we never amplify it.

03

An outdated title or role

AI assistants describe you with a former title, an old district, or a role you no longer hold, learned from stale pages. We show which engines are outdated and against which sources, then prepare a correction grounded in your current record.

04

A quote you never said, in your language

An AI assistant attributes a statement you never made, spreading fastest in the regional language your constituents use because your accurate record is thinnest there. We capture the source, prepare the correct position natively in that language, and re-ask to confirm.

05

Someone else's action pinned on you

A model conflates you with a similar name or a predecessor and credits you with a vote or remark that wasn't yours. We isolate where the confusion entered, show which engines carry it, and prepare a correction from your own record that states your actual position.

06

A defamatory post cited as fact

An AI assistant answers a question about you by repeating a defamatory claim and citing a specific post as its source. We capture the source, prepare a correction built strictly from your on-record statements, and route a report/takedown-request to your counsel — never acting against anyone else — then re-measure.

How it works for you

Find the one cause. Fix it from your facts. Prove it landed.

  1. 1

    Measure

Capture what AI assistants say about you, verbatim, with sources and timestamps — the raw material for a correction or a takedown.

  2. 2

    Diagnose

Each wrong answer resolves to a cause; each suspected clip is checked for fabrication. Only your own record is used to correct — never anyone else's.

  3. 3

    Correct

A correction drawn strictly from your public statements, ready to publish; fabricated media hashed and archived to write-once storage for evidentiary use.

  4. 4

    Decide

One card at a time on a phone — routine, same-day, or an urgent lane that's a different world: dark, one job, three buttons, usable in ninety seconds.

The substance

How the workspace works

1

Capturing what AI assistants actually say, verbatim

We regularly ask each major AI assistant the questions voters, journalists and constituents really ask about you, and record the answers word for word. Every capture keeps the exact phrasing, the engine, the timestamp and the sources cited — an evidence trail, not an impression, so you see precisely what was said, where it came from, and whether it changed over time.

2

Correcting only from your own public statements

Every correction is built strictly from your own on-record words — official statements, published positions, votes of record, transcripts, press releases. Nothing is invented, softened or spun, and nothing is ever drawn from an opponent or a third party. The workspace makes the accurate version of your record available for AI assistants to cite — it doesn't author new claims on your behalf.

3

Synthetic-media detection and write-once archival

When a clip attributed to you looks fabricated or manipulated, the workspace flags it and preserves the original, its metadata and context in a write-once archive that can't be altered after the fact. Timestamps and provenance are retained so the material stands up on the legal route. We hand the package to your counsel — we don't counter, re-cut or redistribute the clip ourselves.

4

Three approval lanes: routine, same-day, urgent

Findings sort into three lanes so nothing waits longer than it should and nothing trivial jumps the queue. Routine items batch for periodic review, same-day items surface within hours, and the urgent lane is built for a phone lock screen: one finding, the plain facts, a single choice you approve or decline in seconds. No correction leaves without a human approving it.

5

The opponent-neutral guardrail and compliance

By design the workspace can only look inward — it shows where your own record is thin, outdated or mis-cited, and has no capability to research, target or act against anyone else. It respects AI-content labelling rules, statutory takedown windows, and consent-scoped handling of any biometric data used in detection, with a hard delete when that scope ends. It's about factual accuracy and defence of your own record — never opinion, sentiment or persuasion.

6

Why an answer is wrong, computed from your own record

When an AI assistant states something inaccurate, the workspace doesn't just flag it and leave you to speculate — it computes the cause. It reads your official page as a plain crawler would, no scripts, and checks whether the current fact is present: missing or unreadable and needs publishing as dated text; only in one language while people ask in another; a stale or non-official source reached instead; or your page is right and one engine is just behind. The real cause is what makes a correction hold instead of resurfacing a week later.

7

Corrections an AI assistant can actually cite

A correction only helps if a model can lift the fact out of it, so each is prepared from your on-record words as extractable, dated text — a clean fact block and structured data on your own domain, not a statement buried in a press release a crawler may never open. Your team approves the wording, strictly from your public statements, and after it publishes the workspace looks for evidence a crawler fetched it, then re-asks the original question to confirm the accurate version is what the AI assistant now returns.

Capabilities

Built for how you work

Record correction

Set the facts straight from your own statements — never invented, never sourced from an opponent.

Reputation Radar — the whole internet, not just AI

Continuous monitoring across news, social and video for everything said about you, read and classified automatically. A deepfake, a doctored clip or a defamatory post triggers an alert the moment it surfaces — we don't just find the mention, we check its claim against your verified record, which pure monitoring tools can't.

Synthetic-media defence

Detect fabricated audio, video and images of you, archive them to write-once storage, alert fast, and support the legal route.

Three approval lanes

Routine, same-day and urgent — the urgent lane a single card built for a lock screen. Nothing publishes without you.

Compliant by construction

AI-content labelling and takedown windows respected; consent-scoped biometric reference data with a hard delete that actually cascades.

Every capture is evidence

Each answer is stored verbatim with the sources the AI assistant cited, the model name and version, and the timestamp — an evidence trail for a correction or a takedown, not an impression of what was said.

Accurate in every language you're asked in

Constituents and journalists ask about you in more than one language; answers are measured and corrected natively in each, so a regional-language answer is set straight from your own record rather than machine-translated.

Damaging-source defence

When an AI assistant repeats a defamatory claim or a fabricated quote about you, we name the exact source feeding it — the cited post, clip or domain — and give you two levers, both inward-only: a correction drawn strictly from your own public statements for the engine to cite instead, and a report/takedown-request draft for the source. Opponent-neutral by design — it acts on the false source and your own record, never on anyone else.

Opponent-neutral by design: the workspace can show where your own record is thin. It has no capability to research, target or act on anyone else. It corrects facts only — never opinion, sentiment or persuasion — and it never ranks you against another figure or party.

Inside the team

Who uses it

The principal or elected leader

Sees only what needs a decision, usually in the urgent lane on a phone: one finding, the facts, and a single choice to approve or decline, with no dashboard to wade through.

Communications director

Reviews what the AI assistants are saying across all six engines, sets which questions matter most, and manages the routine and same-day lanes so the record stays current.

Press secretary

Turns approved corrections into the day-to-day workflow, matching each fix to the exact on-record statement it draws from and tracking whether engines pick up the accurate version.

Legal counsel for the takedown route

Receives the preserved, write-once archive of suspected synthetic media with intact metadata and timestamps, and drives the formal takedown and legal process from there.

Chief of staff

Owns the routine and same-day lanes on the principal's behalf, decides what genuinely needs the principal's attention versus what the team can settle, and keeps the record current without putting every finding in front of the leader.

Digital and constituency team

Publishes approved corrections to the official site as extractable, dated text, and tracks which engines pick up the accurate version, so the record people ask about stays right at the source across languages.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do you manipulate opinion or sentiment about me?

No. The workspace corrects factual errors only, and every correction is built strictly from your own public statements. It does nothing to shape opinion, mood or persuasion, and it authors no new claims on your behalf.

How do you handle a suspected deepfake?

We flag the likely synthetic clip, preserve the original file with its metadata and timestamps in a write-once archive that cannot be altered, and hand that package to your legal counsel for takedown. We do not re-share, re-cut or amplify the material ourselves.

Can it be used to target opponents?

No. The workspace is opponent-neutral by design and can only look inward at your own record. It has no capability to research, target or act against any other person, party or organisation.

Is my information kept confidential?

Yes. Captures, drafts and archived media are held for your team and your counsel, and any biometric data used in detection is consent-scoped and hard-deleted when that scope ends. Nothing leaves the workspace without a human on your side approving it.

Who is this for?

It is built for public figures and elected representatives and the comms and legal teams around them: the principal, the communications director, the press secretary and legal counsel. Each sees the part of the loop that fits their role, from a single lock-screen decision to the full takedown route.

What if the AI assistants are simply working from an old version of my record?

That is one of the causes the workspace names, and it is usually the easiest to fix. We read your own official page as a plain crawler would to see whether the current fact is even present and readable there, then publish the accurate, dated version as extractable text and confirm a crawler fetched it. Where your page is already correct and a single engine is just behind, the workspace tells you that too, so you are not chasing a fix that is not needed.

Do you handle answers in languages other than English?

Yes. We measure how AI assistants answer about you in each language your constituents and the press actually use, and corrections are prepared natively in those languages from your own record, never machine-translated. A fabricated quote or an outdated fact often spreads worst in the language where your accurate record is thinnest, so measuring per language is where much of the exposure actually is.

Defend your record where AI answers about you.
