AI already answers questions about your public sector company. Make sure it answers correctly.
When an AI assistant states your own scheme, tariff, eligibility rule or office-holder wrong, a citizen or customer acts on the wrong answer. GenAI Ranker measures whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and Google AI Overviews answer correctly, diagnoses from evidence why they don't, and publishes dated, machine-readable corrections on your own domain — then proves a real AI crawler fetched them. Accuracy and evidence, never ranking.
Engaged through empanelment, tender or purchase order — no self-serve, no card.
An AI assistant stating your own facts wrong
This is not a ranking or a share-of-voice exercise. It is about a single thing: whether the answer a citizen or customer receives about your enterprise is accurate against your own official record. Often the correct fact is official and free to read, but no machine can reach it.
A predecessor named as the current head
A citizen or customer asks who currently heads the enterprise, and the AI assistant answers with a chairman or MD who moved on years ago — because it learned from pages that were never updated. The person acts on the wrong name.
A superseded rule or tariff quoted as if in force
An AI assistant states an eligibility ceiling, a tariff or a deadline from a notification that a later corrigendum replaced, because the old page was left live beside the new one. Someone plans around a rule that no longer applies.
A fabricated quote attributed to the enterprise
A statement the enterprise never made circulates in an answer, sometimes drawn from synthetic media, and spreads fastest in the regional language where the accurate record is thinnest.
Measure, diagnose, correct, prove
One closed loop, run against your own verified record. No black box — you see exactly what we asked, what each engine answered, and why we graded it the way we did.
1. Measure
We put the questions citizens actually ask to six AI engines — ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and Google AI Overviews — in every language you serve, and capture each answer verbatim with the sources it cited, the model name and version, and the timestamp.
2. Diagnose from evidence
Every wrong answer resolves to one computed cause — not guessed. We fetch your own official page the way a plain crawler does (no scripts), check whether the current fact is even present, and read the cross-engine signal and the sources each engine cited: not machine-readable, not indexed, stale in the model, an unreachable record, a language gap, or your record outranked by a non-official source.
3. Correct
A ready-to-publish correction, built only from your verified record and authored inside your division — issued as machine-readable structured data, a plain-text HTML fact block and an llms.txt entry, each carrying an effective-from date so the current rule is unambiguous. Restricted facts are locked out of every draft. Everything publishes on your own domain.
4. Prove
We look for server-log evidence that a named AI crawler actually fetched the corrected record, then re-ask the original questions and watch fidelity climb — the answer, its evidence and the movement side by side, retained as a dated audit trail.
One method, brief by brief
A public sector company often wears several hats — a policy or regulatory arm, high-volume citizen and customer services, and public leadership. The same measure-diagnose-correct-prove loop is tuned to each; open the brief that fits your mandate.
Ministries & departments
When an AI assistant misstates an eligibility, procedure or fee, a citizen acts on the wrong answer. Correct the official record natively in every language you serve, with two-stage approval and an audit trail.
Read the detailGovernment organisations
Recruitment, eligibility and procedures — the high-volume answers citizens act on fastest. Everything a ministry workspace has, plus releasability controls and an incident clock for when speed is the deliverable.
Read the detailPublic figures & leaders
Correct the record where AI answers about you, strictly from your own public statements, and catch fabricated audio or video fast — preserved for the legal route. Opponent-neutral by design.
Read the detailMade to pass a security and procurement review
Sovereignty, accountability and native-language accuracy are built in from the first commit — not retrofitted after a pilot.
Sovereignty & data ownership
The verified record, every captured answer, the evidence and the audit trail can stay entirely inside your boundary — in-region managed, private tenant, or air-gapped. You own every byte, with export and hard delete. We are the engine; the data is yours.
See our Trust & Security postureAudit trail & releasability
An append-only log records every captured answer, correction and fetch with the acting officer and timestamp. Facts marked restricted are locked out of every draft by construction — the interface shows the lock rather than silently omitting it.
Native-language accuracy
Answers are measured and corrected in every language you are contracted to serve, using the questions citizens actually type. A rule readable only in English is diagnosed as a language gap and fixed natively — never machine-translated.
Discreet procurement
No self-serve card, ever. We engage through empanelment, tender or a purchase order against your existing route, with the scope, deliverables, data terms and conformance documentation your file requires.
We don't invent facts. Every correction is grounded entirely in the record your officers verify — the model phrases and formats it, it never sources the truth. Nothing is ever published without your approval, and restricted facts are withheld from every draft.

Tell us your data-residency, releasability and procurement requirements — we'll map a sovereign, in-region, private-tenant or air-gapped deployment to them, discreetly.
