GenAI Ranker (operated by Saraiya Innovations Private Limited) helps brands and agencies measure and improve their visibility in AI-search assistants. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email and workspace details when you sign up.
• Brand data: the domains, prompts and competitors you choose to track.
• Connected sites: for WordPress, Shopify or custom-site connections, your store/site domain and a connection token. We do not collect your customers’ personal data.
• Usage data: standard logs to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To run AI-visibility analysis, generate recommendations and reports, apply GEO assets (llms.txt, structured data) to your connected sites, send you notifications, and operate billing.

Shopify merchants

When you install our Shopify app we receive your store domain and an access token to serve structured data on your storefront. We do not access or store your customers’ personal information. On uninstall, or on a verified data-removal request, we delete your store record. We honor Shopify’s mandatory data-protection webhooks (customer data request, customer redact, shop redact).

Sharing

We use trusted sub-processors to operate the service (hosting, database, AI model providers, email). We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email support@genairanker.com and we will respond promptly.
