Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for GenAI Ranker subscriptions, operated by Saraiya Innovations Private Limited.

Evaluate before you pay

Our Free plan lets you evaluate the product — your AI visibility score, top competitors and your top fixes — at no cost and with no card required. Paid plans are billed upfront when you subscribe and renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings or by emailing hi@genairanker.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

Refunds

GenAI Ranker is a digital subscription service that consumes AI/compute resources as soon as it is used. Because of this:

• Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable, and cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period.
• We provide a Free plan precisely so you can evaluate the product before any charge — we encourage you to use it.
• If you were charged due to a clear billing error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a charge after a timely cancellation), contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where warranted.

How to request

Email hi@genairanker.com from your account email with your workspace name and the charge in question. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

Taxes

Where a refund is issued, any applicable taxes (e.g. GST) collected on that charge are refunded in accordance with applicable law.
